Looking for a roommate in a beautiful fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath condo in wicker park/bucktown I am looking for a responsible roommate to share a beautiful two-bed two two-bath condo in Wicker Park. The condo is located at the intersection of W. Lemoye St and N. Western Ave. The lease is for 12 months. Sublet is allowed. The monthly rent for the potential roommate will be 1575$. Parking spot is avialable for additional 130$. Rent includes water and sewage bills. The condo is fully furnished. Laundry is available in the unit. The potential roommate will split the wifi, gas and electric bills with me. Additional storage in the basement is available for free. Several commute options(buses and blue line), grocery stores, pubs, and restaurants are nearby. There is NO MOVING and MOVE OUT fee. Application fee is 50$ and can be credited back if the application gets accepted.
