Feel at home in this unique flat, set up with all the comforts of home while embracing the quirky charm that only a vintage building can offer. The apartment is centrally located a short walk from Wrigley Field, the bustling Southport shopping corridor, and both the red line and brown line subway stations. This apartment is designed with years of experience and includes all the comforts of home. Although shops and restaurants are only a short walk away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Parking isn't included and the streets around the apartment are all either permitted (local residents only) or metered, so make sure not to use those spots. When parking, be sure to check all signs nearby because it's easy to get a ticket when parking rules are broken. For the easiest parking, it is highly recommended using a service to reserve a spot nearby before arrival. During stays of less than 14 days, guests receive a free membership to The Metropolitan, a members-only club and co-working space located on the 66th and 67th floors of the Willis Tower, featuring upscale co-working space, dining, and bars, all with stunning views of Chicago and Lake Michigan. The location can't be beat, with the apartment close to all of the 'Boystown' nightlife. Any point of interest in Chicago can easily be reached by walking, public transit, or Uber. Also, because the building is vintage, you will hear some noise from neighbors and occasionally from passersby. The building entrance is located next to the apartment door, so there will be some noise when neighbors enter and exit the building.
