The pictures shown in this listing are of a similar apartment which is shown with tables, chairs, beds etc. The layout is reversed as this is the opposite apartment also located on the first floor and is an unfurnished apartment. This enables you to visualize the apartment more accurately. As a family-owned building and not a leasing company we take a special interest in our tenants to ensure that their rental experience is an exceptional one. Hopefully this adds to your college experience as well. Located only 6 blocks from the Loyola University Lakeshore Campus. Avoid the high rent and parking issues with near-campus housing. Non-permit street parking on this street means you have unrestricted parking on this street. Only one block East residency permits are required to park overnight . We are just outside of the parking restriction area around LU Campus. This is about an 8 minute walk or 3 minutes on your bike or DIVI from the Damen Student Center. This is a large 958 square ft. apartment in a vintage building. In the past we have rented to 2-3 students in the apartment depending upon your needs. If you are studying abroad for a second semester we will allow you to secure a sublease tenant whom we must approve or another student who may be coming back from Loyola Rome etc. We maintain our rent lower than most off-campus housing in current market near campus and we also include a WASHER & DRYER for you to use at no additional cost. For college students this is truly a plus. These are free and not coin-operated units assigned to your apartment. The apartment will be freshly painted and all the windows will have mini-blinds installed for your privacy. We install and remove two window unit air conditioners seasonally. This is a SMOKE-FREE facility. The best time period to secure housing for the upcoming academic year is between Spring Break and Finals. Historically the first students to see our apartments have rented from us. We hope that you will make contact with us and visit the building in the near future. Seriously this is the best apartment you will find for the price anywhere near the Loyola University Campus. Yes...We have rented to Loyola students for the past 25 years for a very good reason. If you are coming in as a 3rd year student, you may wish to renew your lease for a second year. If that is the case, we do not raise your rent, it stays at the same rate...A loyalty reward so to speak. also our leases end on May 15th to coincide with the end of the academic year at Loyola. Therefore if you are moving out at the end of your lease, you only pay a half month's rent for May 2027. If you plan to stay another lease will be provided and your rent will continue at the normal rate.
