A hall bathroom and powder room are also included. The full kitchen is equipped with top brands and high quality coffee and tea. A Sonos sound system enhances the spacious living area, which boasts high ceilings and natural light. For your convenience, the unit includes one rollaway bed for an extra guest, and a Pack and Play is available upon request. Parking is $50 per night and spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability. Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay. Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit and any additional fines set by the condominium rules and regulations where the property is located. Unauthorized late check-out may result in delays in the cleaning of the unit and result in additional charges.
