Whether you're here for business or leisure, this is your gateway to exploring the best of Chicago with ease. There is a noise level monitor in the living room. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $200. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Noise detection monitors are present. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. Please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. To ensure a secure environment for all guests, do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method. Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check-in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check-in time, respectively. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Exterior cameras are present for safety and security. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. First offense will result in a warning, and the second offense will result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Temperature control is set to heat only between October and April and to cold air between May and September. All units have both a standing fan and a space heater in a closet, and windows can be opened for fresh air. Includes a dedicated workstation, ideal for traveling or remote/hybrid workers. A laptop computer is not included.
