This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, quartz countertops, high ceilings, and polished concrete floors. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. A noise level monitor is in the living room. Parking is available for a fee, including paid street parking and nearby parking garages and parking lots. A $100 fee applies per pet (max 2 pets). Uptown Chicago is a cultural tapestry, rich in history and bursting with energy. This northside neighborhood is a hub for music and entertainment, home to the iconic Aragon Ballroom and the Riviera Theatre. Nature lovers will adore the tranquility of Montrose Beach. The Lawrence Red Line station is a 4-minute walk away, offering fast, direct access to downtown Chicago and beyond. Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation will result in a $200 fine. To respect the privacy of other residents, follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. There is a maximum of 2 guests, which will be strictly enforced. Due to City of Chicago regulations, between October and April, the building's system is set to heat only and doesn’t switch back to cold air until May. The system is set to cold air between May and September. This apartment has both a standing fan and a space heater in a closet, and windows can be opened for fresh air. Unapproved late check-out or unapproved early check-in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled check-out or check-in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. First offense: A warning will be issued. Second offense: Reservation will be canceled without a refund. Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited, and a $150 violation fee will apply. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes, so please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit.
