The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, and a dedicated workstation, ideal for traveling professionals or remote workers. All parking options are paid. Options include paid street parking, nearby parking garages, and parking lots. A $100 fee applies per pet (max 2 pets) only if you bring a pet. Pets must be declared on the reservation. Nature lovers will adore the tranquility of Montrose Beach, a lakeside haven perfect for unwinding or engaging in water sports. Stroll along the streets lined with historic buildings, savor diverse culinary delights, and immerse yourself in the vibrant nightlife. Navigating the vibrant streets of Uptown Chicago from the apartment is a breeze. For those preferring public transit, the Argyle Red Line has a station that's a 9-minute walk, with numerous bus stops in the area as well. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this is your gateway to exploring the best of Chicago with ease. There is a noise level monitor in the living room. Guest access instructions will be sent in a message on the morning of check-in. There is a maximum of 2 guests, which will be strictly enforced. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine. Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check-in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check-in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. For certain guests, we may require an ID to be uploaded or presented during check-in, at our sole discretion. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. First offense: A warning will be issued. Second offense: Reservation will be canceled without a refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. Please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Due to City of Chicago regulations, between the months of October and April, the building's system is set to heat only and doesn’t switch back to cold air until May. The system is set to cold air between the months of May and September. All of our units have both a standing fan and a space heater in a closet, and windows can be opened for fresh air. Includes a dedicated workstation ideal for traveling professionals or remote workers. A laptop computer is not included.
