The unit is on the 19th floor and is a south facing corner with city skyline views, with wall-to-wall and floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire unit. All utilities such as gas and water are included, as well as cable/internet. The only utility you'd have to pay for yourself is electricity. I have some furniture available if you would like to use it at an additional rental cost (bed frame/headboard, nightstands, dining table and chairs, sofa, TV stand, TV, some wall decor/mirrors, etc.). Background and credit check is required.
