The property is within easy walking distance of classes, the ARC, and campus athletic facilities. Each apartment features updated stainless steel appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, and in-unit washer and dryer. The living room comes fully furnished with a comfortable furniture set and a wall-mounted TV. Residents can also enjoy a private balcony accessed through a sliding door. Each bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and desk. Rent ranges from $795 to $910 per person, per month and includes high-speed internet, gas, garbage, sewer, and recycling services. For additional utilities, tenants are not required to put services in their own names. Instead, we manage the utilities and bill each resident through a convenient utility package that varies based on usage. No hassle—we've got you covered. Ample off-street parking is available, and spaces in the private parking lot can be rented for an additional fee. At lease signing, residents cover for the first month's rent, a $300 security deposit, and a $25 application fee.
