Small efficiency apartment with utilities included in rent. One bedroom, one bathroom, living room/kitchen area and a small yard common area. The apartment contains a refrigerator, stove, window A/C unit, and heater. Yard is cared for. Quiet and clean neighborhood. No pets, no smoking, no exceptions. Rent amount is based on a single occupant since utilities are included. It is $450 a month on a month-to-month contract (again, this amount is based on one occupant) with a $450 deposit (both of which would be due up front upon signing). I am currently accepting applications and applications must be picked up in person upon viewing the apartment. If selected, you must submit to a credit and background check, provide proof of ongoing employment (two current paystubs), and ID.
