Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, and any noise complaints beyond an acceptable level will result in a warning, followed by a $300 fee and reservation termination if repeated. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera will incur a $350 maintenance fee and eviction. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking or vaping inside the home, with immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee, plus an additional $500 fee if evidence is found after checkout. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $100 fee.
