Then this is for you, hardly any neighbors besides me and my family, and we're across the parking lot, not super close. The rental is in the Homedale school district (school bus picks up at the end of our driveway). This home is located in the heart of Idaho wine country, just a skip away from Koenig, Sawtooth, Hat Ranch, Fujishin and more wineries. It was built in 2018, so is in very new condition, has a modern country feel, and has everything you need including washer and dryer. The yard is fully fenced in, and big enough for your pets, small breed dogs only please, cats ok as well. Property is on a well, so no water bills, and trash is provided as well. Renter pays propane and Electric, and internet/tv if they want them. Heat is propane, and there is an electric heat pump for air conditioning. No smoking on property, outside parking available, running vehicles only. Pets are welcome with a pet deposit, must be well-behaved, non aggresive pets that don't bark excessively or cause property damage. Owner will mow the property regularly unless tenant would prefer to do that themselves Weeding of rental property tenants' responsibility.
