Guests can enjoy a private hot tub for relaxing evenings, mature shade trees, and nearby walking paths and creekside nature. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. It is just minutes from Downtown Nampa's restaurants and breweries, Nampa Greenbelt walking paths, Ford Idaho Center events, Lake Lowell recreation area, and nearby shopping and dining. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
