This property features two bedrooms with one king-size bed and one queen-size bed, and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is lightly stocked with basic cooking supplies, and all linens are provided. Parking is available right out front of the unit. Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee to help protect against natural wear and tear. Up to two dogs are allowed, with a charge of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by pets. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so guests are asked to respect the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties and keeping music and noise quiet after 10 PM each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement, which will be emailed once booking is received.
