Located close to the Ford Idaho Center and shopping, this home is ideal for convenience and leisure. This property features three bedrooms with one king-size bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds, along with three bathrooms. The kitchen is lightly stocked with basic cooking supplies, and all linens are provided. Parking is available right out front of the unit. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises of the property. A pet fee is required to help protect against the natural wear and tear caused by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we allow up to two dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
