The bonus sleeping room offers six twin sleeping spaces, including two twin-over-twin bunk beds, one twin daybed, and one twin pull-out trundle. Two portable tri-fold sleeping beds are also available. The main-floor kitchen is equipped for group cooking and dining. Guests have access to the home, a large fully fenced backyard, a covered patio with a BBQ grill, the driveway, and two bays of the three-car garage.
