This fee is required and paid after booking is complete when you register your pet during digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties and keeping music and noise quiet after 10 PM each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages.
