Yellowstone National Park is reachable via the West Entrance in 1 hr 32 min (88 miles) or the South Entrance in 2 hr 4 min (91 miles). Winter access is convenient, with Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort 22 min (12 miles) away and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort 49 min (34 miles). A minimum $500 fine will be applied for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks. Please turn all exterior lights off at night. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are allowed in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. No fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet and place bagged waste in the provided trash cans. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled/crated, and noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. [SI]
