Rent ranges from $800–$950, depending on room size, and includes all utilities, lawn care, high-speed internet, laundry access, storage space, once a month cleaners and basic household amenities. We also provide extra fridge, freezer, and cooking space to make shared living easier. One of the rooms is a master suite ($1100) with a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom.
