Both homes are fully equipped to house your group just minutes away from the major Interstate and Highway, getting you quickly to Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and out toward Parma, Notus, and Ontario, 30 minutes away. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood. While it’s generally quiet, occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic may occur. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance and additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee.
