Across both properties, this provides main-house sleeping for up to 18 guests and flexible bonus-room sleeping for up to 10 additional guests. Each home features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/gathering space, and a washer and dryer. The two large conditioned bonus/game rooms offer additional entertainment, gathering, game, and flexible sleeping spaces. Each bonus room is accessed only through the garage and up a designated staircase, and they are heated and cooled but physically separated from the main living quarters.
