Note that this is a 2-story townhome with all bedrooms upstairs and one shared wall via the stairwell. Inspired by the Empire State Building and Art Deco era of design, this home incorporates vibrant colors, textures, and patterns mixed with luxurious neutrals. The main floor features an open-concept floor plan with extra-tall ceilings. With ample seating and a fully stocked kitchen, you'll be able to cook, eat, and relax as a group. Upstairs, you'll find access to a washer and dryer. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. Located in a quiet and small neighborhood, the Deco Duplex is at the end of the street on a cul-de-sac. It's within walking distance to the YMCA and Brother's Park, right behind Caldwell High School, and minutes from CWI if visiting for graduations or special events. You'll have access to the garage and a shared, but oversized, driveway. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Tampering with security devices (e.g., cameras, doorbell, smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
