We may be able to have these removed for the future resident, if they prefer (washer and dryer would stay but the other items we can consider removing). The master bedroom is large with high ceilings and an open staircase with roof access. The tenant will cover power and gas utilities. Water is included in the rent price. TFPM offers a Resident Benefit Package for $60/month. This covers all pest control needs, credit building, filter sent every 3 months and rewards for paying rent on time. Security Deposit is $1500. The landlord prefers NO PETS. But that may be negotiated for a small dog, with additional pet charges. No Smoking or Vaping.
