Service/ESA need to be approved by the building management. Absolutely no smoking/vaping in building. This building is HIGHELY SECURE. To enter, visitors must be registered with security and driver must present current drivers license, car registration, insurance and safety inspection sticker. Arrive early for showings! Each adult applicant pays $40 credit check fee. If the screening questions meet expectations, you will be taken to a page of pre-arranged showing times.
