One of the bedrooms is large enough to fit a king size bed. The other bedroom is smaller and can fit a twin size bed only. Additional storage or small bonus room is ideal for a home office. Parking for a maximum of two vehicles only. This home is located on a property with three other detached, free standing tenant occupied rentals on it, each with their own utilities, driveways and private yards. 1 year lease term required.
