The building provides ten gas BBQ areas for private get togethers. The lobby area has streams and waterfalls and offers free WiFi service to residents. There is also a recreation area that offers billiards, ping pong, and a party area with a full kitchen. Two racketball/handball courts available and a co-ed workout room.
