There are no guest parking stalls, however there are plenty of paid public parking stalls for the shopping mall on the street level. The private Garden Deck features grassy areas, mature trees and rock formation with waterfall. It is quite expansive as it takes up an entire city block. The amenities include barbeque area, a swimming pool, fish pond, walking path and an open pergola structure that can be rented for large parties up to 50 people. A meeting room which can accommodate up to 67 people is available to residents. Storage lockers are available to owners to rent on a first come, first served basis.
