Kahala Beach Apartments. This is a 2-bed 2-bath unit. I am renting out the second bedroom with separate bath. Shared kitchen and living space with me. I am the owner of the unit and I am a working professional. I am super quiet, respectful, super clean and a fine person. Preferably 6 month and longer lease but shorter terms are negotiable. All utilities including central AC, electricity, water, hot water, cable, WIFI and washer/dryer are included. No drug. No smoking. No drinking. No pet. Quiet time from 10pm to 7am. No loud noise. No overnight visitors. Light cooking only. Parking is street parking. Rental parking is available on waitlist. Minutes to UH, Kaimuki, Waikiki, Diamond Head, Wholefood, and Ala Moana. Amenities include heated swimming pool, exercise room, beach access, meeting room, and excellent security.
