AC under repair/Cable Internet Service

The building AC is under repair, and I will be discounting the rent by $200 until repair is completed. The repair is scheduled to be completed by 6/30/25. The building association completed a contract with Spectrum for bulk cable and Internet on 4/2/25, which is scheduled to be available around the middle of June 2025. The cost of the basic cable service and Internet will be included with the rent of $2,100/month when the service is made available to tenants.
