The Friday night fireworks display is viewable from the balcony. Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from June 29, 2026, to November 20, 2026 (approximate dates) due to spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. After 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed. There may be noise disturbances.
