A starter kit with paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap and liquid dish soap is provided. The bedroom and living area share an airy, open space with no separating wall or door, creating a bright and seamless flow throughout. Valet parking service is available through the hotel for $45 per day (price subject to change). Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. The building will be undergoing spalling repairs and full exterior painting starting in July 2025. Balcony access will be restricted from October 16, 2025, to February 21, 2026 (approximate dates), but will be accessible after 5 p.m., though furniture will need to be removed. There may be noise disturbances. Laundry facilities with credit card paid washer and dryer are available on each floor. There is 24-hour security. There is no access to the Ilikai fitness center or front desk, which are exclusively for Aqua-Aston guests.
