The bedroom includes a king-size bed, a built-in nightstand with lights, a large closet, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, and a countertop with 3 bar chairs. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a vanity with counter space. Bed linens, bath towels, dishes, silverware, cookware, a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a Pack N Play travel crib are provided. A starter kit with a paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, and liquid dish soap is also included. Valet parking service is available through the hotel for $45 per day (price subject to change). Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out at the lobby Bell Desk for $2 per bag (price subject to change). The apartment's location is highly convenient, with the beach just a 4-minute walk away and the Ala Moana Shopping Center, one of the largest outdoor malls in the country, just a 10-minute walk away. Don't miss the Friday night fireworks display starting at 7:45 pm, viewable from the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon, just a 4-minute walk. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure to guarantee a late check-out. If you arrive early in the morning, booking the night prior is recommended so you can access the unit upon arrival from the airport. The rental does not include housekeeping service, replenishment of towels or toiletries, condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or a cooler. Building Notice: Starting the week of July 28, a licensed contractor will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from August 1, 2025, to October 16, 2025 (approximate dates). However, after 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as we're required to remove it for painting. There may be noise disturbances. Guests have access to 2 swimming pools, laundry facilities with paid washer and dryer on each floor, a convenience store, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and dine-in restaurants. Shopping, a coffee shop, ice cream, and a restaurant, including Empire Steak House, are all located in the Ilikai Hotel.
