Basic Qualifications: Applicant Eligibility: All applicants must be currently experiencing homelessness (either sheltered or unsheltered) prior to residency. Income Requirements: Applicant's income must not exceed 50% of the HUD Oahu Area Median Income. Rent and deposit must be affordable, and applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay rent and any required fees. Priority Consideration: Priority will be given to families with children under the age of 18, and households with at least one working member. Income Limits by Family Size: 1 Person: $48,750 2 Persons: $55,700 3 Persons: $62,650 4 Persons: $69,600 5 Persons: $75,200 6 Persons: $80,750 7 Persons: $86,350 Third-Party Rent Assistance: If a third party will be assisting with rent, the applicant's income must be at least three times the portion of rent they will pay.
