Fred DeLoach III was born and raised in Valdosta, Georgia. Fred attended both the University of Georgia and Oglethorpe University where he graduated with degrees in Business and Economics. Upon graduation, Fred began a real estate career in reappraising residential and commercial properties for tax purposes for the County of Chattooga. He then worked as a MAI (Member of American Institute) appraising commercial properties throughout the Southeast with an emphasis on apartment complexes. This background and experience is an excellent insight into property valuation.
From commercial appraising he transitioned into residential appraising. Fred's passion has always been for single family homes including design plans, home styles, desirability, and pricing. He started buying and remodeling houses and achieved his license as a real estate agent in Georgia. In December of 1999, he become a Real Estate Broker and started DeLoach Realty, LLC.
DeLoach Realty, LLC has grown with a small group of experienced agents. Fred and his team work hard for all their clients to achieve their needs, wants and desires all while staying within their budget. The top goal is to find the perfect home that the client loves and can afford. Fred forms great relationships with his clients to make house hunting fun. DeLoach Realty delivers a personal touch by spending time with each homebuyer to understand their goals.
Through the years Fred has worked with clients buying and selling condominiums, single family homes, investment properties, multifamily, land/lot sales, land development, and light commercial throughout the Atlanta Metro area. He does not boast on the millions he has sold as his years on experience speak for itself. Fred is knowledgeable on the entire Metro area. However, due to rapid growth of the city, he has concentrated in the areas of: Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Chamblee, East Cobb, Smyrna, Roswell, and Alpharetta.
