This Property is primarily for people who are temporarily displaced from their homes due to fire, smoke, or water damage. Companies seeking temporary lodging for employees are also welcomed. The home comes fully furnished; kitchen is ready to prepare meals on day one of arrival. Everything you would need if you were to leave your home in an emergency is already in place. The home will comfortably sleep eight people in two king size beds, one queen, and two twins. Work from home, no problem a large dedicated office is provided. You can rest on the patio with a large shaded fenced in backyard. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac you will experience a restful stay. At the same time, you are conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores and for more fun times Rigby's Waterpark is located less than a mile away. You can drive to Robins AFB in twenty minutes and be on Interstate 75 in less than ten minutes. All utilities, Wi-Fi and landscape maintenance are included. Pets up to 40 pounds are allowed with a two- pet minimum.
