If you would like to take a self-tour, please use the link provided in the listing. In order to be approved, you must submit an application on our website: www.ivieLane.us. Please keep in mind that ALL occupants must submit their own separate applications and pay separate application fees. The Qualifying Criteria is at the end of the application. The Qualifying Criteria goes over details on what will be looked at for the criminal and credit screening. The security deposit is 1 month's rent but can be higher depending on the results of the screening. Please review thoroughly to make sure you qualify before submitting the application. The application fee is $75 per person. Applications will be reviewed as they come in during business hours. First come first serve. Also, we only allow 1 pet (cat or dog). If you have a dog, please reply letting me know what breed. There is a $5 monthly pet fee PER PET. Let me know if you have any questions!
