It has a separate entrance for privacy and designated parking in the driveway. This is a short-term month-to-month rental, so we can lease for as long or as short as you want. All utilities are included. It also has its own washer and dryer. My partner and I own the property and we both work from home, though we travel often. WIFI is included in the rent. The TV and TV stand will be upgraded within the first few months. The TV has a Firestick installed on it. You can sign into your Amazon account or other streaming services. Also feel free to bring your own chromecast or whatever you want to use with the TV. There will be a larger refrigerator installed that is not shown in the pictures, as well as the small refrigerator that is shown in the pictures. No smoking is allowed on the property. A credit and background check through this website or other similar website/service will be part of the rental application. We like to be transparent with everything, it is easier for all of us that way. Access to the apartment is via the August lock phone app. It is very easy to use and is very dependable. It is battery-powered with a warning for when batteries are at 25%. It works via WiFi, Bluetooth, and keypad, so even if the power is out, it will work. I feel it is also safer for tenants because I know that no previous tenant has a key.
