The kitchen and dining area include a cozy dining table with six chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, and coffee maker. While it may not be a fully equipped kitchen of the quality like your home, it is equipped with all major appliances and some basic kitchenware to make simple meals. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site. An additional twin air mattress may be available upon request for parties greater than 10 people, with an additional fee. Extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. No loud noise, parties, or events that will disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, and no unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight. A nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies for approved small pets under 25 lbs, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. The property is equipped with cameras outside for added security, and guests are required to follow all community guidelines listed inside or on the property. Please keep the property clean inside and outside and ensure all sealed trash is placed in the trash bin by the garage at check-out.
