This home is located in downtown Springfield, GA. It has two bedrooms with closets, a third bedroom area without a closet, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is an enclosed back porch with washer/dryer hook ups and storage area as well as an outdoor storage shed. First and last month's rent, plus $1600 deposit are due at move-in. Net monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount and credit score must be at least 600. References will be requested - one of these must be from owner/property manager of your most recent residence. There is a non-refundable application fee of 29.00 plus tax, which allows you to apply to 10 properties within 30 days on this site.
