The following dog breeds (including mixes) are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Malamute, Mastiff (all types), Pit Bull (including American Pit Bull Terrier and Staffordshire Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Hybrids.

For dogs, $500 non-refundable fee and $25 a month pet fee per dog.
