Please be respectful of the property and neighbors, as this is a quiet, family neighborhood. Outdoor noise is not permitted between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed under any circumstances. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests are strictly prohibited. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the property. A $200 fee applies if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found. The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old. Local residents must contact the host before booking. Guests must truthfully disclose if they are locals or under 25 before confirming a reservation. Please leave all areas clean and tidy, including washing dishes and keeping the kitchen as you found it. No food or drinks are allowed in bedrooms. Do not move any furniture or decorations. Each guest is provided with one bath towel and one washcloth for the duration of their stay.
