Finding parking spots on Bull St or Monterey Square is easily achievable. Parking enforcement by the City of Savannah is effective from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, while parking is free on the weekends from Friday at 5 PM to Monday at 8 AM. To handle meters, purchasing a "Visitors Parking Day Pass" for all day/night parking is recommended. Travelers coming with a vehicle can buy a City of Savannah Day Pass for $24 for 48 hours or $15 for 24 hours. These passes are available at the Visitors Information Center or the Parking Services office at 100 East Bryan Street (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM). Violators may be evicted and/or fined. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults, and the minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, strictly enforced. Guests should be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Outdoor noise should be refrained from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. There is 1 exterior security camera by the front door for security purposes. Guests should not move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
