A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring pets, covering extra cleaning. Pets are not allowed on furniture, in bedrooms, or on beds. Early check-in is available for a fee of $47 between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. The patio and pool area are surrounded by large trees, which means leaves may fall into the outdoor space. The pool is closed from December through the end of February. Guests are responsible for their own safety at the pool, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass or breakable items are allowed around the pool. Guests should shower before entering the pool. Report any pool issues immediately. Host is not responsible for injuries. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking.
