A pet fee of $95 will be charged if you bring pets, covering the extra cleaning needed. Street parking is available. Nestled on a quiet yet well-connected street, the home provides easy access to some of Savannah's most iconic spots. Forsyth Park is just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a morning stroll or picnic. River Street, with its vibrant waterfront, is a 10-minute drive, while Broughton Street's shopping district is only 8 minutes away by car. The SCAD Arnold Hall is a 5-minute drive, ideal for students or visitors exploring the Savannah College of Art and Design. A nearby trolley stop allows for easy exploration of the city.
