Two concrete parking spots are available at the back of the property, and there is also overnight free parking on the street in front of the property. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. This is a quiet family neighborhood, and outdoor noise should be refrained from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Early check-in requires additional effort and is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. A pet fee of $70 will be charged if you bring pets, covering extra cleaning. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. No parties or events are allowed, and exceeding the maximum number of guests is prohibited. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 years or older, and a completed profile is necessary. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform during their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell in the front and back of the house for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as this could result in an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided.
