The apartment features both professional shots and real-time images, so you know exactly what to expect. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a set of stairs leading to the upper-level apartment. Inside, the living room features a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku and a queen-size sleeper sofa. To the left are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. One of these bedrooms also has direct access to a large screened-in deck with another flat-screen TV. The dining room is to the left of the entrance and is attached to a kitchen stocked with all your basic cooking needs. Towards the back of the house, you will find a full bathroom and the third bedroom, which contains a king-size bed. The large upper-level covered deck with plenty of seating is a great place to start or end your day. Two parking spots are available for guests, one in a gravel driveway and an extra area on the grass to the right of the hedge. The apartment is pet-friendly, and all pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
