REQUIREMENTS Key Deposit: A $20.00 cash key deposit is required. You may check out a key anytime Monday – Friday, 8am-3pm. Keys must be returned no later than 4:30pm the same day to receive your deposit. • Properties must be viewed before applying. Once you have viewed the property, you will receive an email with a rental application link for your submission. • $125.00 non-refundable application fee. • Background checks are required, including but not limited to, dispossessory, evictions and bankruptcies. • All Applications must be completed entirely. All documentation must be attached at the time of application submission. Screen shots of pay stubs are not permissible. Please scan your documents into the application link. • Please have all documents, deposits and first month's rent available at the time of your rental application. o Pay Stubs: Must show applicants name & address plus, employer name & address:1 month of pay stubs (ex: weekly pay = 4 pay stubs / bi-weekly = 2 pay stubs.) including pay dates. o Income: Must be 2.5 times your NET income. o Employment Verification: Your employer must be able to verify your employment. (All documents must have your name and your employer's name with employer's contact information visible.) • Holding Fees: Holding fees must be received in cash, money order, or by electronic payment. Holding fees are required to hold the property for move-in. • Proof of Established Utilities and Proof of Renter's Insurance are required prior to moving in • Properties may not be available to move in immediately after your application is approved. The Property Manager will schedule a move-in date and time.
