Stroll through the park's lush greenery, take a carriage ride through the cobblestone streets, or explore the numerous art galleries, shops, and restaurants that line the nearby streets. This brand new property has luxury upgrades and offers a full bedroom with a primary bathroom and a stylish open concept living area. Both the bedroom and living area feature 55-inch smart TVs to relax after a day of exploring Savannah. The home also includes an outdoor courtyard with a hot tub to sit back, relax, and enjoy outdoor Savannah living. Parking space is available, but large pickups or SUVs may have a hard time fitting. Early check-in is available for a fee of $25 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Available parking is on street at the meters or at any nearby parking garage. No parties or events are allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. This house is located on the 2nd floor. There is 1 exterior security camera by the front door for security purposes. Regarding the hot tub, all guests are using this amenity at their own risk. Ownership and management do not accept any liability for your use. Please shower with soap and water before entering the hot tub and do not wear sunblock or other lotions into the hot tub, as it will damage the equipment. Guests shouldn't enjoy the hot tub for more than 15 to 30 minutes and should not enter if the temperature is over 104 degrees. Additional hot tub safety rules will be posted near the hot tub. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. One set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided, but if you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
