The hot tub is currently out of service. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Outdoor noise should be kept down from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed; a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. Parties or events are not allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. There is one exterior security camera by the front door for security purposes. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
