The apartment includes a cozy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bright living room perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Savannah. Historic character blends seamlessly with modern comforts, creating a stay that feels both timeless and welcoming. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided. If you run out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself. A washer, dryer, and detergent are available at the property for your convenience. Do not move furniture or décor. Towels should not be used for makeup removal or staining purposes. One towel set per guest is provided. Early check-in (12 PM–3 PM) is available for a $35 fee, subject to availability and cleaning schedule, and is confirmable only the day before arrival. Your reservation includes one off-street parking space. Additional vehicles may park for free in the alleyway behind the property. Please be respectful of the other residents on the property as well as our neighbors at all times. This is a quiet, family neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Unauthorized early check-ins/late checkouts will incur a $100 fee. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. The minimum age to book is 25. Local guests must contact the host before booking. Smoking or vaping indoors will incur a $200 fee if evidence is found. Do not park on the street. Multiple private units exist on the property, so please be considerate in shared outdoor areas.
