This is a bedroom for rent with an attached private sunroom. The house it exists in is a nearly 5,000 Sq ft historic victorian mansion that resides on what was once known as millionaires row. Included in the rental price of $1050 a month are all utilities to include water, electricity, gas, sewer, trash, and internet. There is off-street parking all around the house. The home is fully furnished and all areas besides the other bedrooms and downstairs laundry is shared space with other tenants. We rent primarily to college students and young professionals. All potential tenants must meet in person with my daughter who manages and lives full time within the house. Tours are encouraged prior to putting in an application.
